Made to make EWE smile!

Welcome to Thinking of Ewe where you can find an array of handmade wooden crafts laser engraved and painted with love and care. As the creator behind the store, I started this journey because I wanted to reignite my creative interests alongside being a busy mum to two amazing children, both of whom have autism with very different needs. Creating these crafts has become a sanctuary of sorts for me, allowing me to enter a different mindset and carve out a space just for myself. I pour my heart into each creation and I hope they will bring you as much joy in your homes as they do for me in creating them.

At Thinking of Ewe, I use locally sourced wood from fallen branches, salvaged wood, and donated pieces. I cherish the rustic charm of each unique piece of wood, with its unique shape, colour, and grain. I take delight in combining imagery with this natural material. Drawing imagery from an extensive image library ( with paid access) or alternatively using own ai designs or my own photographs. Each piece goes through a process of preparation, design, laser engraved, and hand painted, resulting in a one-of-a-kind creation that complements any home decor.

Thank you for visiting my store and supporting my passion for creating beautiful wooden crafts.

Be sure to check out my socials for the latest updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses into my creative process.

Qualifications include BA hons in Fine Art for Design and HND in Surface Pattern (textiles). I have exhibited and sold paintings both locally in Cumbria and elsewhere in the UK. The Art Group published a series of my paintings as greeting cards in Waterstones and limited edition prints and posters sold to other retail outlets.

I look forward to Thinking of Ewe developing even further, as I take this plunge into selling online.

Thank Ewe
